Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. However, if something isn’t right, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. We recommend raising the request within 48–72 hours for quicker resolution.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact. A valid proof of purchase from our website is required. Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality check, and the exchange will be processed only if it meets the above conditions.
Please note that only one exchange per order is allowed. Items that have already been exchanged once will not be eligible for further exchanges.
For products made using custom measurements provided by the customer, the accuracy of the measurements is the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, issues related to fit will not be considered a defect. However, if there is a clear error in stitching or deviation from the measurements provided, we will take responsibility after inspecting the returned product.
All approved exchanges will be issued in the form of a store credit coupon valid for 60 days from the date of issue. The credit note will be generated only after the returned product has been received and approved upon inspection. We do not provide refunds in the form of cash, bank transfer, or reversal to the original payment method.
Products purchased during sales, hand-worked items, customized products, or products bought with add-ons are not eligible for return or exchange. Add-ons are considered customization as they are made according to your preferences.
Return shipping and re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer, as the original order is shipped free of cost. However, if the issue is due to an error from our side, we will take responsibility for the applicable shipping charges after inspection.
We may assist in arranging a pickup for returns. Pickup will typically be attempted 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our address within the given timeframe. We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In certain cases, alterations may be considered after inspection, and applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer if the issue is not due to our error.
We have made every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen or device settings, and such variations will not be considered a defect.
