Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched once they are ready. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In certain cases, dispatch may take longer if the product is under production or requires additional preparation time.

For orders within India, the estimated delivery timeline is 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as logistics disruptions or external factors beyond our control.

For international orders, shipments are handed over to the courier partner once they are ready for dispatch. Delivery for international orders generally takes around 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, will be communicated directly by the courier service prior to delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier details. Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours after dispatch. You may use these details to track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking system.

On the day of delivery, the courier partner will typically contact you via call or message using the contact number provided at the time of placing the order, once the shipment is out for delivery.

We offer free shipping across India. For domestic orders, the total amount displayed at checkout is inclusive of all applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and delivery charges. No additional payment is required at the time of delivery.
